please note that all purchases, including preorders, made-to-order items, and other purchase options, are processed based on the information provided at checkout. once your order has been confirmed, it begins our fulfilment process and can’t be changed or cancelled.

if you’ve made an error or need help with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@unshakeablefaith.nz and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed.

for preorders, your payment secures your item ahead of time. we’re unable to offer cancellations once the preorder window has closed, as production and fulfilment are already underway.

if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
