we want you to love what you’ve ordered from unshakeable faith. every item is created and packed with care, and we do our best to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

returns

we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference. please check product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.

preorders + made-to-order items

many of our pieces are made or printed especially for you. once a preorder or made-to-order item has gone into production, it can’t be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

faulty or incorrect items

if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at hello@unshakeablefaith.nz within 7 days of delivery. include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo if possible. we’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

refunds

refunds (when approved) are processed back to your original payment method. please allow a few business days for the transaction to appear in your account.

sale items

items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless faulty.

shipping costs

shipping costs are non-refundable. if a replacement is approved, we’ll cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
