orders + shipping
how long will my order take to arrive?
most orders ship within 5–10 business days, depending on the item. once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details straight to your inbox.
do you ship internationally?
yes! we ship to internationally to a few places. shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
how can i track my order?
as soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its journey.
what if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
sometimes shipping carriers experience unexpected delays, but if it’s been longer than expected, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
returns + exchanges
can i return or exchange an item?
because each item is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns for change of mind.
if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
what if i ordered the wrong size?
please check the size guide on each product before placing your order, but if you’ve made a mistake, send us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.

how do i find my size?
each product page includes a size guide. if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
what are your hoodies and tees made from?
our merch is made using premium AS Colour garments, crafted from 100% combed cotton for softness, strength, and everyday wear.
how should i care for my merch?
wash inside out in cold water and line dry where possible. this helps your print last longer and keeps your piece looking fresh.

yes. our my identity in Him affirmation cards are designed to help you speak truth over your life and stay rooted in who you are in Christ. they’re a daily reminder that your faith isn’t just something you wear, it’s something you live.

what payment methods do you accept?
we accept all major credit and debit cards, shop pay, and bank deposit (for nz customers).
can i use more than one discount code?
only one discount code can be used per order, choose the one that best fits your purchase.
